By using Orbit ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the content you add, and keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Orbit.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Orbit to store data you have no right to collect or process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use Orbit for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes.

Your content

You own the content you add to Orbit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

Service availability

We work to keep Orbit available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Pricing and changes

Orbit currently offers a free tier. We may introduce paid plans in the future and will give reasonable notice before any changes that affect you.

Termination

You may stop using Orbit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Orbit after changes means you accept the updated terms.
